Pynsent Bouche
(Formerly Seven Bends) Is 100% pure apple juice cider that undergoes 2 special processes during its making which sees it become wholly unique to what is considered as conventional English Cider those are full of maceration of the juice prior to pressing and keeving, which removes the bitter tannins. The result is a golden full bodied naturally sweet sparkling cider, bursting with tastes of the orchard make for sharing.

Somerset Ice Cider
Ice Cider is made by freezing the apple juice and removing the ice. The remaining naturally concentrated juice is then fermented into Ice Cider. It has a unique flavour that combines bitter-sweet and sharp qualities found in a traditional vintage cider apple. Great post dessert drink

Apple Cider Vinegar
A traditional product that has been fermented into cider and allowed to mature over a number of years into vinegar. It is unfiltered and unpasteurised and contains a substance called ‘the mother’ and is both excellent for culinary purposes but also has many health benefits including arthritis and weight loss. Cider Vinegar is available in 250ml and 500ml glass bottle with pourer, or 1 litre plastic jerry can.

We have been making apple juice on the farm since 2016 and in our first year of making it, we were awarded a Silver in the British Championship and this has been followed up with a number of other awards over the years. We make single variety juices from locally sourced apples and each one has their own unique qualities and taste
