A blended cider of bitterweet, sharp and sweet cider apples harvested from an orchard on the south facing slopes of the Polden Hills, back sweetened with pasteurised cider apple juice to reduce the alcohol content and provide a natural sweetener, resulting in a cider of mid tannin with medium sweetness. Available in bottles and also on draught in the bar
